Narrating a territory by celebrating variety

Our family’s passion for olive oil dates back to the beginning of the ‘700, when the first olive grove was planted in the estate of Casalgiordano. Since then we have added other olive groves in Blufi. The first olive oil our family produced for sale, the  oil, was one of the very first D.O.P. oils in the Val di Mazzara area in Sicily.

The ambition of communicating the specific quality traits of each territory and cultivar that we tend to on our farms has driven us to create a selection of mono-cultivar products able to express a wide range of aromas and tastes.
