Narrating a territory by celebrating variety
Our family’s passion for olive oil dates back to the begining of the ‘700, when the first olive grove was planted in the estate of Casalgiordano. Since then we have added an olive grove at the foot of Mount Alburchia and another one in the estate of Santa Barbara. The first olive oil our family produced for sale, the “Santa Barbara” oil, was one of the very first D.O.P. oils in the Val di Mazzara area in Sicily.
The ambition of communicating the specific quality traits of each territory and cultivar that we tend to on our farms has driven us to create a selection of mono-cultivar products able to express a wide range of aromas and tastes.
